The detection and measurement of chemical species are important for both understanding and monitoring a variety of phenomena from industrial processes to environmental change. This meeting reviews the field, covering several individual detection techniques including non-dispersive infrared, spectrophotometry, tunable diode laser spectroscopy , Hyperspectral Imaging, Raman, LIDAR, cameras and photoacoustic spectroscopy. The full supply chain for Mid-IR photonic technologies will be present from light sources, gas cells, PICs, detectors, as well as system integrators and end-users in several application fields, such as smart cities, building automation, agriculture, automotive, microscopy, medical, security or food and beverage.
